About This Manual
This manual explains the current user-facing Wurqe workflow from requesting access through daily task execution, notifications, Summary, Profile, Google Calendar, and workspace member management.
Scope: public applicants, normal users/members, and normal workspace admins only. Superadmin login, cross-workspace administration, impersonation, security-center reports, host monitoring, infrastructure, and developer-only panels are not included.

Use your approved email, referral code, and one-time password.
Use the email address connected to your Wurqe account. Wurqe sends a one-time password (OTP) to confirm that it is really you.
Example login sequence

- Referral code: Use the exact code from the approval email
- OTP: Enter the current code received by email before it expires
- Enter the email address used during sign up.
- Select the button to receive an OTP, then check your inbox and spam folder.
- Enter the latest OTP and the referral code from your Wurqe email.
- When the resend timer finishes, you can request a new OTP if the first one did not arrive.
- After login, Wurqe helps you turn on notifications and then opens your dashboard.
- To sign out later, select Logout from the left sidebar.
Turn On Notifications
Enable helpful reminders before you start using the dashboard.
Wurqe uses browser notifications to remind you about scheduled work. The wording of the browser permission message may look slightly different on each phone or computer.
- Allow notifications when the browser asks for permission.
- Use the Enable action on the notification setup page.
- Send a test notification and confirm that the operating-system notification appears.
- Select the confirmation action only after the test notification is visible.
- Continue to the dashboard after verification succeeds.
- When permission is blocked, open the browser site settings, change Notifications to Allow, reload Wurqe, and repeat the test.
- In an in-app browser, open Wurqe in Chrome, Edge, Safari, or another supported system browser.
Supported flow
- Step 1: Enable browser notifications
- Step 2: Send a test notification
- Step 3: Confirm delivery
- Step 4: Continue to Dashboard
Helpful note
Only the visible permission, test, and confirmation steps matter here. You do not need to understand any technical notification settings.
Your Dashboard
See today’s work, update progress, and keep moving.
The Dashboard is the daily working area. It organizes scheduled items into useful states such as urgent, remaining, and completed work.
Example daily plan
- Major task: Client onboarding
- Subtask: Review signed agreement
- Priority: High
- Duration: 45 minutes
- Date: 31 July 2026
- Use date navigation to inspect another day and use Today to return to the current date.
- Select Add Task to create a major task or subtask.
- Review urgent items first, then continue through remaining work.
- Use the row actions to edit, mark done, or move work to another available slot.
- Check Google Calendar synchronization badges when calendar sync is enabled.
- When no items exist, the dashboard shows a no-tasks state rather than an error.
Add Tasks and Subtasks
Break work into clear, manageable steps.
The task modal supports a step-by-step creation flow. Give each item a clear title, suitable duration, priority, date, and repeat rule when required.
Example subtask
- Title: Prepare weekly sales report
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Priority: Medium
- Assigned date: Friday, 31 July 2026
- Repeat: Every Friday
- Open Add Task from the Dashboard.
- Enter a concise action title. Start with a verb where possible.
- Choose a realistic duration so the scheduler can place the work correctly.
- Select priority based on business urgency, not personal preference alone.
- Assign a date or allow the scheduling logic to place the item according to available time.
- For repeating work, select Daily or Weekly and choose the required weekdays.
- Review all values before saving.
AI Suggestions
Use suggested next steps when you need a little help planning.
AI suggestions can help break a large task into practical next steps. Treat suggestions as drafts: check the wording, priority, and duration before accepting.
Example AI-assisted breakdown
- Major task: Launch customer survey
- Suggestion 1: Draft five survey questions — 30 minutes
- Suggestion 2: Review questions with team — 20 minutes
- Suggestion 3: Configure survey form — 45 minutes
- Open the suggestion area from the task modal or Summary page.
- Read every suggested step before accepting it.
- Adjust duration and priority to match the real work.
- Accept only useful suggestions; remove duplicates or irrelevant items.
- After acceptance, verify that the new subtask appears in the expected task and schedule.
Manage Your Work
Edit, complete, repeat, move, or remove a work item.
Scheduled work can change. Use the available actions carefully so the daily schedule remains accurate.
- Edit: Change the title, duration, priority, date, recurrence, or calendar-sync option.
- Complete: Mark work done only after the work is actually finished.
- Move: Reschedule unfinished work to another suitable slot.
- Repeat: Use daily or selected-weekday recurrence for predictable work.
- Delete: Use deletion only when the visible frontend control is available and the task is no longer required. Deletion may remove associated schedule entries.
Notifications
Stay updated without needing to check every page.
The notification bell shows account and task updates. Browser push can deliver a system notification even when the Wurqe tab is not active, subject to operating-system and browser rules.
- Select the bell icon in the header to open notifications.
- Use unread indicators to identify new items.
- Open an individual notification to review its details.
- Use Mark all as read when all visible items have been reviewed.
- Use Enable, Disable, or Test for browser push only from the user-facing controls.
- When the list is empty, Wurqe displays “No notifications yet.”
Summary and Work History
Review what was completed and what still needs attention.
The Summary page turns daily execution into understandable totals and a task-by-task history.
How to interpret the summary
- Completed: 6
- Pending: 2
- Rescheduled: 1
- Completion rate: 75%
- Use: Review why pending work remained and plan the next day
- Select the required date before interpreting the totals.
- Review completed, pending, and rescheduled counts together.
- Use the completion rate as a planning signal, not as the only measure of performance.
- Expand the work-history breakdown to review tasks grouped by major task.
- Review AI suggestions generated from completed work before adding any new action.
- A no-data state means no relevant work history exists for the selected date.
Your Profile
Keep your personal and workspace information easy to find.
The Profile page combines account information, working schedule, integrations, email aliases, and member information.
- Review the account name, email, and workspace information.
- Keep working hours accurate so the scheduler does not place work outside the intended period.
- Confirm the timezone used by the account, especially after travel or device changes.
- Review Google Calendar status and team/member information from their dedicated cards.
Working Hours and Time Zone
Help Wurqe schedule work at the right time for you.
Working hours and working days control the time window available for scheduling. Timezone alignment ensures dates and times are interpreted correctly.
Example schedule
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Start: 9:30 AM
- End: 6:00 PM
- Timezone: Asia/Kolkata
- Set start and end times that match the real working day.
- Select only the days when work should normally be scheduled.
- Confirm that the displayed timezone matches the user’s location.
- After saving, review the Dashboard to ensure future work falls inside the expected schedule.
- Admins may adjust member working hours from the Admin area when permitted.
Google Calendar
Keep Wurqe tasks and your calendar connected.
The Google Calendar card shows whether the account is connected and provides user-facing synchronization controls.
- Select Connect Google Calendar from Profile.
- Choose the correct Google account and grant the requested calendar permission.
- After returning to Wurqe, confirm that the card shows the connected state.
- Review the connected calendar identifier and timezone when displayed.
- Use Sync Now to request an immediate synchronization.
- Use Disconnect only when Wurqe should no longer synchronize calendar events.
- When connection fails, retry with the intended Google account and ensure pop-ups and redirects are allowed.
Extra Login Emails
Use another email address with the same Wurqe account.
Secondary emails, also called aliases, provide additional sign-in addresses while keeping one primary account.
Example
- Primary: aisha@northstar.example
- Alias: operations@northstar.example
- Purpose: Both approved addresses can refer to the same Wurqe account
- Open the account-emails card in Profile.
- Add only an email address controlled by the account owner or organization.
- Complete any verification step presented by Wurqe.
- Check the Primary and Alias labels before using the address for sign-in.
- Do not add a shared address unless the organization has approved shared access.
Team Members
See who is in your workspace and their current status.
Users can review the team panel, while admins have additional controls for adding and managing members.
- Open Users and Members from Profile to review the current workspace list.
- Check whether a member is pending, active, or inactive.
- Admins should review available seats before inviting another person.
- Use a person’s real business email and assign the correct role.
- A pending invitation is not the same as an active member account.
- Personal secondary emails belong in the account-emails area, not in team-member management.
Manage Your Team
Admin tools for adding members and managing workspace access.
The Admin page is available only to the normal workspace admin role. Superadmin functionality is intentionally excluded from this manual.
Example member invitation
- Name: Rahul Verma
- Email: rahul.verma@example.com
- Role: User/Member
- Status after invitation: Pending until accepted
- Open Admin from the sidebar.
- Review current seat usage and subscription limits.
- Add a member with the correct name, email, and role.
- Check invitation status and confirm when the member becomes active.
- Use the task view to inspect member work only within the permissions provided to the workspace admin.
- Adjust a member’s working hours when their normal schedule changes.
- Do not use or document any Superadmin, impersonation, cross-workspace, security-center, or host-monitoring functionality.
Using Wurqe as a Member
The everyday experience for a normal team member.
A member uses the same core execution workflow—Dashboard, task creation, Summary, notifications, and Profile—without the Admin workspace-management page.
- Log in using the member’s approved email, OTP, and referral/invitation details.
- Complete notification verification before accessing the Dashboard.
- Create and manage assigned work within the member account.
- Review personal completion results on Summary.
- Use Profile for personal settings and visible workspace information.
- Contact the workspace admin when membership status, seat limits, or working hours need administrative changes.
User and Admin Access
A clear view of what each role can do.

Quick Help
Simple steps for common login, notification, calendar, and task issues.
Use these safe recovery steps before contacting support. Never send passwords, OTPs, referral codes, tokens, or private browser diagnostics to an unverified person.
| Problem | What it usually means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| OTP not received | Email delay, wrong address, spam filtering, or resend timer still active | Confirm the email, check spam, wait for the timer, then request one new OTP. |
| OTP invalid or expired | An old or mistyped code was entered | Request a new OTP and enter only the latest code. |
| Referral code rejected | The code is wrong, expired, already used, or not assigned to the email | Copy it from the approval email. Contact the workspace admin/support if it still fails. |
| Notification permission blocked | The browser or operating system has denied Wurqe notifications | Open site settings, allow Notifications, reload, enable, test, and confirm again. |
| Browser unsupported or insecure | The browser cannot support the required push flow, or the page is not in a secure context | Use an updated system browser and the official HTTPS Wurqe address. |
| No tasks scheduled | No work exists for the selected date | Check the date, select Today, or add a task. |
| No summary data | No relevant execution history exists for the selected date | Choose another date or complete scheduled work first. |
| No notifications yet | No notification records are available | No action is required. New notifications will appear when generated. |
| Google Calendar not connected | The connection was not completed or was disconnected | Open Profile, select Connect, choose the correct Google account, and grant access. |
| Calendar sync fails | The connection may have expired or access may have been revoked | Try Sync Now. If it still fails, disconnect and reconnect the intended account. |
| Member cannot be added | Seat limit, invalid email, duplicate member, or insufficient permission | Confirm admin access, seat availability, email, and existing member status. |
| Session expired | The authenticated session is no longer valid | Return to Login and complete the OTP/referral flow again. |
| Network or save error | The browser could not reach Wurqe or the server rejected the request | Keep the page open, confirm connectivity, retry once, then contact support if repeated. |
