Terms of Use

By accessing or using Wurqe, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any additional policies, guidelines, or notices referenced within the service. If you do not agree, you must not use Wurqe.

If you use Wurqe on behalf of a company, organization, or team, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" includes both the individual user and the organization they represent.

Wurqe provides AI-assisted workforce and automation tools that may include dashboards, task scheduling, workflow orchestration, team administration, analytics, APIs, notifications, role-based controls, OAuth-based authentication, integrations, and subscription-based service tiers.

You may use Wurqe only if you can form a binding contract under applicable law and your use is not prohibited by law, sanctions, export controls, or internal organizational restrictions applicable to your environment.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, authentication devices, recovery methods, API keys, and any workspace access granted under your account.

• Provide accurate and current registration information.
• Use strong passwords and protect access to login links, one-time codes, or OAuth-connected identities.
• Promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access, credential compromise, or security incident.
• Ensure administrators assign access rights appropriately and remove access for users who no longer require it.

We may implement verification steps, security checks, or access restrictions where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, our users, or our infrastructure.

You agree not to misuse Wurqe. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• using Wurqe for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing activity;
• attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, accounts, APIs, or connected services;
• interfering with service integrity, rate limits, security controls, workflows, or availability;
• uploading malware, malicious code, or content intended to disrupt or compromise users or infrastructure;
• reverse engineering or extracting proprietary models, logic, code, or service behavior except as allowed by law;
• using the platform to send spam, abusive messages, or unauthorized automated communications;
• processing personal data through Wurqe in a manner that violates privacy, employment, or sector-specific laws; and
• using AI agents or automations in a way that creates unreasonable risk, harm, or unauthorized decisions about people.

Certain Wurqe features may be offered under paid plans, usage-based billing, trials, or subscription packages. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your selected service level.

• Fees may be charged in advance, on renewal, or based on agreed usage metrics, depending on the plan.
• Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You authorize our payment providers to process charges using your selected payment method in accordance with your plan.
• We may suspend or restrict access for overdue accounts, failed payments, chargebacks, or billing disputes not resolved in a reasonable time.

Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing or plan features with prospective notice.

Wurqe, including its software, interface design, workflows, branding, documentation, APIs, visual assets, text, automation logic, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Uniq Loop Technologies LLC and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for your internal business or authorized personal use. You do not acquire any ownership rights in Wurqe.

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to Wurqe, but you grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, display, secure, back up, and otherwise provide the service and related support.

Wurqe may interoperate with third-party services through OAuth, APIs, connectors, webhooks, communication tools, analytics systems, calendars, CRMs, billing tools, and cloud infrastructure providers.

• Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, privacy notices, and configuration choices.
• We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, access revocations, or data handling practices of third-party providers.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect external systems and share data through those integrations.

Wurqe is a technology platform that may generate recommendations, automations, scheduling outputs, and AI-assisted actions based on available inputs and connected systems. You remain responsible for reviewing important outputs, supervising automations, and determining whether the service is suitable for your specific operational, legal, or regulatory requirements.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of Wurqe at any time, including features, beta tools, APIs, or integration support. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices, browsers, external systems, or business environments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wurqe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Uniq Loop Technologies LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment.

We do not warrant that the service will meet every requirement, produce any particular business outcome, remain uninterrupted, prevent every error, or be fully secure against all threats. AI-generated or automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific decision without human review.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uniq Loop Technologies LLC and its officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or business interruption arising out of or related to Wurqe or these Terms.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to Wurqe will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid, whichever is greater.

You may stop using Wurqe at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the service in a way that could harm Wurqe, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, rights granted to you under these Terms end immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limitations, intellectual property terms, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with Wurqe are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law, the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.
